Luxe is a fully licensed and insured custom design build business in Middle Tennessee. (Nashville area)  We hold an "Unlimited BC" license in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial construction. Allowing us to build custom homes, offices, or high rises.

 At Luxe we like to be proactive, not reactive. With the knowledge and experience we have, we identify issues and address them BEFORE they become problems, rather than putting out fires.

Creating a custom design build company and combining the processes is more seamless and much easier for the client. The ability to problem-solve the same day is huge for a homeowner, the home builder, and the project because the job gets done quicker and the communication is better.

We closely supervise the construction process to ensure what you had envisioned translates to the finished product. We enjoy working with you as a home builder / general contractor to create your design of a custom home, helicopter hanger, or another project, to building it and finally to the finished product.
