What is Luxe Custom Builds?

Luxe is a Middle Tennessee-based custom home company. Owned and operated by local custom home builder and general contractor Kent Conlon. Luxe brings more than 50 years of custom home building experience, with experience in design, construction, and contracting. Luxe holds an "Unlimited BC Contractors License" and has the knowledge, and experience to create any build from "Residential" to "Commercial" to "Industrial".

What does Luxe Offer?

Luxe Custom Builds offers something different. Kent is a job site captain, on-site every day, rain or shine, overseeing all aspects of the construction process making sure the jobs are done efficiently and effectively. His presence on a job site is unlike most builders, he walks the project with the contractors and reviews their tasks for the day to keep them on schedule and the client informed on a daily basis. Luxe has the vision to create a next-level building company, using the latest building techniques and materials. Luxe aims to design and build unique, one-of-a-kind, custom homes that are a benchmark for other firms to follow. 

Luxe creates an experience that makes the process more seamless and much easier for the client, by allowing our clients to be as involved in the building process as they want.
